What we do
We cover the most common property care and maintenance jobs. If something falls outside our scope, such as gas work, notifiable electrical work or specialist roofing, we'll tell you, and we can recommend or coordinate a trusted professional.
General repairs
Doors, handles, hinges, sealant and the small jobs on the list
Furniture assembly and installation
Flat-pack built, and wall units and fixtures fitted
Carpentry and simple built-in furniture
Alcove shelving and cupboards, understairs storage, boxing in and doors
Preparation and decorating
Walls and woodwork prepared properly, then painted
Tiling
Wall and floor tiling
Plumbing (not gas)
Taps, toilets, waste pipes and leaks
Minor electrical work
Like-for-like light fittings, switches and sockets
Garden and external
Fences, gutters, paths, hedges and clear-ups
Out of hours
We're available Monday to Friday from 5pm to 9pm, and at weekends, for genuine emergencies that can't wait until morning. We don't take bookings after 9pm.
The out of hours rate is £100 for the first hour and £100 per hour after that. Bank holidays are charged at the same rate.

Security
A failed lock, a door or window that won't close securely, or a lock change
Water
A running tap that can't be isolated, a toilet that won't stop running, or a leaking appliance connection
Access
A jammed door, or a broken hinge causing a door to drop
Storm damage
A fence panel down, or minor boarding or securing
